Disappointing quality plus rude after sales service from brand team
I bought this candle bcz I saw on Instagram plus one of my fav bodybuilder Sahil Khan was using it,the description says 25 hours burn time,atleast 20 hours would do a justice but see the image attached was taken after 1 hours of burning for six day each,in total 6 hours and this is what happened.I tried talking to the brand team they took my complaint into consideration but at end the person said it's my calculation mistake.Seriously?I didn't ask for a return of product or money,I behaved as a good customer so that they could find their mistake but the way he spoke offended me.Very disappointing quality and after sales service🙏.
