I'm very concerned about the quality of these boots! The small strap on the back at the top of the boot you can grab to help slip the boots on with, totally disintegrated in my fingers, so now I'm very concerned about the rest of the boot!

These aren't exactly the best quality, but they are cute and comfortable.

I expected the color of the shoes to be darker.

These shoes were exactly what I was looking for. I wasn't sure what to expect for the price. The shoes arrived in a bag no shoe box. When I opened the bag, it had a very strong chemical smell. It's been apprx 2 months since I've had the shoes and the smell is still pretty strong. Overall the shoes are cute. Shoe inserts are required in order to walk comfortably. The zipper on the black shoes seems to be working fine but I also purchased in a cheetah print, the zipper stopped working after the second use. I emailed customer service twice but never received a reply.

First off they were shipped in a bag instead of a shoe box. They were smashed together and the zipper....the zipper zips all the way back to the ankle part which you can't wear them with a zipper that goes all the way to the ankle part because then they are closed like a purse. It's like a shoe with a purse zipper and since you can't wear them with the zipper closed all the way you end up with a giant flappy gap and they fall off. Sending back and very disappointed with this purchase. The worse shoe I have ever bought.

Love them! I’ve had them for over a year and they are still in good shape!!
