I used this product regularly for several months for listening to music, watching videos and listening to recorded lectures.Item is sleek and attractive. Pairing is easy and basically automatic.Sound quality is decent. Not something An audiophile would like but fine for most people. Volume is sufficient for me to hear clearly even when in crowds. Battery life is great. I charge the case about once per week.Ultimately I stopped using them due to flaws in the physical design. The case is pretty but too bulky to keep in your pants pocket. It's fine for a jacket pocket but when it's warm it's a pain. The ear buds are really difficult to remove from the case and if you aren't careful they can pop out onto the floor. But most importantly, they don't stay in my ears. I have tried all 3 rubber pads but they always pop out after awhile, usually while I am walking. They do come with ear cuffs that you can attach to add stability but that is just one more thing to carry around. My son has a different brand which stay in your ears no matter what you do, so I think these are simply not designed with proper contours.Overall this product has potential but needs some improvement in order to become something I would use daily.

Full disclosure - I was given these for free to test. They worked pretty much out of the box. I charged them, and pairing to my phone was simple and automatic. I have only used wired earbuds to date, and found the incoming sound quality to be very good - much better than I expected. When I made a phone call, the person at the other end complained about the sound being "fuzzy" compared to my wired earbuds - maybe this is expected. Another slight technical issue is I had trouble getting these out of the charging case. Maybe there's a trick, but I had to struggle a bit. I'd say overall a good buy for the price.

This is the first pair of Bluetooth earbuds that I have used. I acquired them because I was looking for a lightweight solution to carry back and forth to the office without taking up a lot of space. They are small and come in a lightweight carrying tube that easily fits in my laptop bag.The sound quality is great, the sound is crisp and clear. I was concerned that the audio may sound out of sync since they are two separate units, but that was not an issue at all. I am quite impressed with the quality of the sound and how loud they get.Also, I did reach out to technical support because of some issues I was having initially. They were quick to respond with helpful responses.Overall, a good product and great support to back it up.

The earbuds come in a sleek cylindrical charging case ,which is a rechargeable battery pack. It also comes with 2 extra sets of earbuds in varying size and a charging cable(which didn't work for me, using another one). Also comes with a easy to follow instructions manual.The earbuds come with a multi-function button which controls all the functions and comes with a LED indicator around it. The manual lists all the functionality it comes with.You can manually boot,shutdown, play, pause , Answer call, hang up, play next or previous song, decline a phone and wake up Siri with different clicks on the button. You can however not control the volume on the earbuds.The charging case charges the earbuds once its placed in it. To take out the earbuds you have to lightly press on the top of case where the charging micro USB port is located, and the case slides open. Once the cable is connected to the port, the case won't open up. You can connect one or both the earbuds. If taken out within 60 secs, the earbuds turn on and gets linked automatically after which you can pair it with your phone. The charging case has an LED indicator and a button which when pressed shows the power status of the case.Pairing these earbuds to my Samsung S8+ was very easy. The earbuds worked really well and played music continuously for 5 hrs after which it took about an hour to get fully charged in the case. You don't have to switch it on or off but just place it in the case to start charging.The earbuds are lightweight and comfortable in ear, and it doesn't fall off the ear. The sound is crisp and clear. Its very easy to play/pause by clicking the button once, you can play the next song by clicking twice or the previous song by clicking the button thrice. It blocks out most of the outside noise. Answering a phone call works fine, and the microphones seem to pick up my voice without problems. The Bluetooth connecting range I tried was around ~25 ft and worked perfectly fine without any interruption in the music.Overall the earbuds are really impressive. Portable,sleek design.
