ONEVER Digital to Analog Converter DAC Digital SPDIF Toslink to Analog Stereo Audio L/R Converter Adapter with Optical Cable

I received the converter on time and well packaged. It was easy to connect to the TV using the provided Optic cable, I plugged the provided USB into a Samsung power supply and plugged the A/V cables into the proper place.This was as easy as pie, the sound quality is amazing and I dont notice any delay to the sound. The Converter solved my issue I was having due to my home theater being analog and the TV being Digital.

The adapter does not work most of the time. To make it to work, one has to move the adapter or SPDIF Toslink cable around. At some point, it works. Guess that solder inside the adapter comes off. Item has poor quality. I do not recommend the product.

I got a new 4k smart TV which only has an optical audio output (also known as TOSLINK). I wasn't ready to buy a new audio system yet (soundbar or head unit + speakers), so I got this item to convert the optical out to a standard RCA right/left that I could run into my amplifier that didn't have optical or HDMI inputs. Works perfectly.

It works very well but it seems like the output power going to my analog stereo is a bit weak however it works good.

Worked ok at best for a few days then sound started going out

Works ok

Hooked it up as instructed and no sound output. The optics is working and the amplifier works but no sound.
