My puppy bit through the cord of my very expensive, professional grade flatiron which cost over $100 ( thankfully it was unplugged at the time)Upon noticing the damage, I realized that I needed an interim flatiron to use until I could make a trip to the beauty supply store and so I turned to Amazon.I carefully looked at the reviews and noticed that this Gloridea brand received excellent reviews and for the price, I figured it was worth a try ... great decision and great purchase!This flatiron is as good as any professional grade tool that I have purchased and at a fraction of the price.I have very thick hair and need a sturdy tool with even heat distribution to achieve the style I want... hence, my past investments in very expensive flatirons.I am pleasantly surprised and delighted with this product! It is well made, glides sessmlessly through my hair and produces the “mermaid waves” that I desire for my hair.The adjustable temperature gauge is a great feature and even suggests what temperature is best suited for the condition of your hair. The product heats up very quickly and is comfortable in one’s hand.It comes nicely packaged with a convenient travel pouch.Needless to say, I will not be making a trip to the beauty supply store for a more expensive model.I am extremely pleased with my purchase and highly recommend this flatiron.

So, I have to stay the color is just gorgeous, this will make a great Christmas gift too. I love how it came in a nice fancy velvet bag and in a nice box which makes it look very expensive. I have used it for once just to make sure it works and it does and will attach pictures later.Girls- the cord it looooonggg and its fully swival which I didnt know when I ordered but loved after I got it. I mean i am always stuck in my bathroom because most of their cords are short and i dont wana deal with too much and just make it work. ON this it says the cord is 8 ft and my bathroom is not even that big so I will take it, yes please!ok, long live the LCD dISPAY, it just means so much for me! Also Auto shut of is everything to me right now with a small baby I do things i have never done before so, I love it!Great thing about this is it works in other countries too which means I can buy several for my sisters too. I think it looks very expensive and will a make a good gift so why not use the chance.

I have been thinking about getting a straightener for a very long time. I really wish I had done it a very long time ago! I absolutely love this product. I was afraid of getting burnt. This gets a little warm on the outside. Not hot enough to burn yourself. Just don't touch the plates. I am really impressed how quickly it heats. I don't have a lot of time. I am not a women that spends a lot of time fussing. But this is so quick and easy.I have recently gotten compliments from coworkers who knew I was unsuccessful at finding a product to soften and smooth my hair. No hair care product like shampoo,conditioner,sprays,or leave in creams worked. They complimented on how soft,smooth and healthy it looks. It feels healthier too.I have shown my sister how easy it would be for her to use. She is now ordering one.

This is a great deal. I have fine hair, that I just like to smooth out and straighten the ends. This was just what I was looking for. I like the heat settings (for healthy, or damaged hair). Overall, a great straightner that I use everyday.

It works great and I really wanted a flat iron that shut off automatically because I was always afraid I would leave it on all day and more than once had to call my neighbor to double check that I had unplugged my old one. Now I can leave the house worry free. This one is also very cute with its pink color and the cord is nice and solid and does not get tangled ever.

This flat iron is great, heats up quickly, has the ionic feature and controls and display are easy to use. Unfortunately, the plates did not completely touch so I returned it and was sent a new one and those plates didn’t touch either. So ultimately I had to return them both for a full refund. I will say customer service was great!

Very nice, works very well, easy to use, great heat. Heavy duty cord was much longer than I expected. Beautiful color. Love the display. Great size. I wish it opened a bit wider but it hasn’t been a problem like I thought it might. Everything works very well. Love my new straightener!!

My hair kept getting drier and breaking. On my recent trip to my hair stylist, we discussed the condition of my hair. First you need to know that I live in AZ, had surgery a year ago and am on a medication with drying as a side effect. He said to use moisturizing shampoo, a conditioning balm and a flat iron at a temp of no higher than 200F. I was using one with no temp control. I looked on Amazon for one, checked reviews and ordered this one. I love it, it works great. I hope my hair gets healthier.
