The plug is not as shown in the photo. It is a circular shape and does not match for a 2019 Lincoln Navigator.

It is working good. It said something about a rod but I did not receive it. I did not need it. Maybe also if someone good add a video that would help with the install and what you get in the box,

This product would have received a full 5 stars for ease of installation, however, the product I received had a different plug than what is displayed. I ended up spending several hours depinning the electrical connectors on both motors (old and new), and then placing the old plug on the new wiring. This could have been avoided if the shipped motor contained the same plug as the picture.For clarity's sake, I bought this to replace the driver side running board motor on a short wheel base 2015 Lincoln Navigator. The motor operates exactly as intended now that the plugs have been changed. The drop in stars for this review should probably be more focused on the seller than the part itself.

The product is not the same size. It is off just enough not to line up on the outside as the old one did. The motor works great and the power running boards work as they should.

Great product. Easy install once I figured out the arm holding the rail had to be open in order to access all of the bolts. In order to do that I just had to simply plug in the new motor and cycle the tuning board so the arm was out since it gets shipped closed up.

Purchased new assembly (motor and hinge). Motor seems to work fine but the connecting wire harness was too short to clip into its own bracket. The bracket is part of the assembly so this was an obvious error in production that should have been caught and fixed ,not just boxed up and shipped out. Item is too expensive to have an error like this. There are cheaper ones on the market that I might have expected this from . I spent more for a higher quality item and ended up having to zip tie the wire harness in place rather than use the supplied clip . A bit disappointing and frustrating.
