Although these towels are super soft and plush when new, after 6 or 8 washings they become stiff and rough. This occurred even though I use fabric softener.These towels are a huge disappointment to me. I bought what I thought were good quality towels but they quickly turned into dollar store quality towels.

This is a very nice bath towel, the picture is misleading though, this is for one towel, I thought that it was for a set (bath mat, bath towel, hand towel and 2 wash rags) as per the picture. I can go to bed bath and beyond and buy the exact same thing and if I use a coupon it's cheaper. By the way it came in a bed bath and beyond box.

I bought this for my niece for a shower gift from her gift list and she absolutely loves the sets and the colors.

They look nice but the first time I washed them and took them out of the dryer there were strange discolored faded areas all over them. Washed them as I do all my other towels., cold water no softener. I have other charcoal towels that have been washed many many many times over the years that have kept their color but these faded right off the bat. Nothing else I washed them with have that. Didn't use bleach or anything. Will return them. Saw some nice ones at Sam's wholesale will try those.
