I’m always concerned with gf pasta holding up to reheating but these were great! They taste great fresh and as left overs.

Excellent for Type 1 & Type 2 diabetics and Celiac patients.

I’d you are gluten free....even if you aren’t you will love these noodles. I’ve ordered them twice now and absolutely will not let myself run out of them. The texture is like noodles with gluten. They hold whatever sauce you pair with them and they even reheat well as leftovers.

This is the best Gluten free pasta I have tried! Served it Christmas Eve with lobster in butter garlic. The gluten folks didn’t even notice 😊
