I have made numerous purchases of these hot stones and they're great, but the last 24 I've bought have had smashes bowls or plates. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. Amazon won't replace partial items, so we'd have to send the entire order of 12 back to get our smashed plate ware replaced.

Love the functionality of it. Place it in the oven at 425 degrees for an hour. Make sure you have the coated side Dow. When you use the stone. The only thing I would change is the instructions(it didn’t have any!)

I purchased 3 sets, all the small bowls came broken in every set, 1 large dish was broken, yet the boxes and shipping box where in good condition. I see other reviews for this product had the same issue. Also the stone was advertised as 1 inch thick, see photo attached, the stone is much thinner and does not hold the heat for long.

Make sure you heat them at the correct temperature for at least an hour.

Disappointed 2 things were broken in my order and a shard of ceramic injured me

It took a while to heat up the stone, but once it was heated it stayed hot for a good amount of time. Very happy with the product.
