This is a well built product. It is relatively easy to install and operate. The large viewing screen is really nice. I put one of these on my Mother-in-law's front door. Her eyesight isn't very good, and she can see and operate the screen display without any problem.

The video is clear and can see farther than expected when using it to view the area past front door and is very handy when wanting to know who's at the door the ability to talk to the people at front door with out having to open door is way to nice some times no need to open door when having work done when they can basically just check in to let me know that there here verbally to Start outside work, well worth the money use itmore than.i

You cant go wrong with this door bell....good quality...easy installation...I could not have purchased a better doorbell...

It's good for visual doorbell no long-term surveillance function

Tried three different wires, to include the recommended cheap Asian brand. I was attempting to run 100’ to a distant room in the house. Save yourself the headache and go to your local hardware store and buy 16/4 outdoor low voltage wire. Additionally, this company has ZERO customer service.

The video monitor works faster and has a much larger screen view as compared to the wifi units viewing on a cell phone (if you can find the phone). The easiest installation is to mount the camera on the front door and the monitor on the backside of the front door. This way, the video/audio cable can be reduced to just a few inches long if you didn't want a coil of wires hanging from the monitor. By cutting the cable, you can now drill a smaller hole for the cable (3/16"-1/4"). Night-vision is good to about 6-ft in a totally dark room. If there were front porch lights, then you'll be able to see color video beyond 8'-10'. A large bell-tone selection. Adjustable screen color, brightness, and volume. Tech support is excellent. Good price.
