Julian Bakery Paleo Thin Protein Bar | Cookie Dough w/ Chocolate Chunks | 20g Protein | 4 Net Carbs | 12 Bars

While I am a big fan of Julian bakery and use many of their products faithfully, this one was disappointing. I tried this flavor on a whim, since I usually buy their whey protein Primal thin bar. That was a mistake. I didn’t care for the cookie dough flavor and the added calories certainly didn’t justify a switch from my tried and true bar. I will continue to be a loyal customer but will not reorder this one.

The flavor is no where near a quest or One bar, but they have a much better list of ingredients and are more filling for less calories. If you like the way healthy things taste, and you don’t mind getting it stuck in your teeth (you just get a little extra enjoyment out of it) then you’ll love them. I personally like that they are a little harder of a protein bar. It makes me take longer to eat it instead of grabbing a second one before my stomach realizes it is full.

If i could give half a star i would. This product was rock hard,and even after warming it up to an edible consistency,the flavor was just not there.On top of that, I couldnt even swallow it because it was like chewing on caramel that never dissolves.I would not recommend these to anyone,they are a waste of money.

I like these. They have the same texture as the other bars they make. My only real problem is that there are not enough chocolate chips in these. 5 across the top doesn't quite cut it.

I love these bars. They are way more natural tasting than your typical cookie dough bar. The chunks of chocolate are nice and big.

Like the cookie dough although the size of these bars are mysteriosly shrinking

I bought this bar because it is Paleo and the macros are great. However I can't even chew them. Its worse than any other bar I have ever tried, and I have tried a lot. The only thing that redeemed it was putting it in the microwave for about 10 sec.

If you have no taste buds and a stomach of iron you MIGHT find this protein bar palatable. I have tried just about every protein bar on the market and this is by far the worst that has crossed by lips.
