Nappa Leather Gloves Warm Lining Winter Button Decoration Lambskin for Women

These are nice gloves with attractive wrist detail in hard to find colors (I needed purple). The tag does not say leather although does appear to be leather -- I guess time will tell how well they hold up. Leather gloves with nice lining were running almost $50 but more than I wanted to spend. This lining is synthetic.Fit on smaller side. My dominant hand measures 7 3/4" and the XL fit fine but no room to spare.

I posted a review. There was nothing inappropriate about it but Amazon removed it. The gloves are very nice and pretty. Slightly off white. Had a small rip in the seam. Not as warm as expected so returning.

I had to return even though I ordered the same size, different color, as they were so small I could not get my hand inside. Otherwise, they were beautiful, soft leather.

Lovely gloves, but far too small. I bought XL for a friend with bigger hands, but I will give them to someone else because there is no way these would fit her. I have quite small, bony hands, and they fit me cozily!

These start out as tight, but after you wear them for a bit, they stretch out. I ordered a hot pink pair from another company, plus a turquoise and bone-white pair from Nappalgo because I couldn't make up my mind. One came with a strong smell, that I realized was the same as the water repellant spray we used as kids on our leather ski boots (yep, I'm that old). I'm tickled they're pre-sprayed for me! I put them on and thought, darn! Too tight. But I stubbornly tried them again, and again, and then at the end of the week, I realized they were just about right. You need to do what I recall my mom and grandmother doing with their leather driving gloves, which is mushing the valley of the index and third finger into the valley of the opposite hand's index and middle fingers, and then repeating for the valley of each finger from the thumb to the pinky. This "seats" the glove into the hand's contours just that much better. The saying, "Fits like a glove" means that it takes a little bit of fiddling to get a glove settled on the hand. These gloves are leather, and need to be worn and broken in, and will not be like lycra and spandex counterparts found in the ski shops. After dealing with the break-in period for my lovely, butter soft gloves, I'm really happy! The lining is different on all three gloves. The pink pair has a brushed fleece, fur-like lining that is really soft. The turquoise pair has a knit lining that is nice but nothing exciting. The cream pair has a chocolate color lining that is also nice and soft. After a week of sitting out on the table to remind me to keep trying them on to assist with the break-in period, the waterproofing smell has disappeared, and I only smell the hint of leather on the gloves, so I can't tell you which pair started out smelling of water-proofing spray.Yes, the fingers are a bit long, but not annoyingly so, especially after you "seat" them. I am happy with all three pair, and highly recommend them all.

I wear a 7.5 glove and these are a little large but leave room for the nails. Especially love that they cover the wrists. So soft and comfortable.

I've ordered these twice, trying to get a decent pair of gloves without defects. I decided not to attempt a third time. These gloves are beautiful at first glance, and I appreciate the design, but the quality of the materials and construction lacked in both pairs.I typically wear a medium in gloves. Based on the chart and previous reviews, I ordered a size large. They were a little snug around the opening when pulling them over the widest part of my hand. There is definitely no elastic at the cuffs, as stated in the description. Once I got them on, the fit was comfortable. It would be better if the wrist were cut a little wider, but it was manageable. I imagine the leather would relax a little over time. Regrettably, the other issues with the gloves caused me to return both pairs soon after receiving them.I ordered these gloves in red both times. The color is beautiful. Unfortunately, the first pair had dark navy splotches marring the leather in several areas. It appeared to have been leather dye stains. Before even trying them on, I noted problems with the seams around the thumbs. There were small tears in the leather originating at a few of the stitches. I returned that pair immediately, then ordered again, hoping for better quality the next time around.Sadly, the second pair was worse. They had no stains, but the stitching was poorly executed. Instead of having only a few areas where the leather had torn, there was damage throughout most of the seams. The tears were clearly in spots where the stitches were misplaced; some were a bit askew, pulling the leather in those areas.Overall, the leather looked like it was fairly thin and weak at the seams. I wouldn't expect it to last especially long. There were additional holes in one of the fingertips as well, where a sewing needle had clearly passed through. It should never have gotten past quality control.

BEAUTIFUL red! Fit snug as expected but stretched out nicely,very happy with them,ONCE the post office got the (2nd) order to me!!

I could not have been happier with these gloves. They are a bit of a kick back in style to the early 1950's as I remember my Grandmother's gloves with fashionable buttons. They fit well, are warm and have begun to relax a bit with more wear. My friends have seen them and commented that they'd like a pair. Well done!

The gloves look beautiful and the leather is soft. But the lining falls short. I measured my hand and chose the size based on the seller's size description image. The leather exterior is roomy (approx. 1/2" longer than my fingers) but the lining is too small and tight, especially the thumb, so I can't make a fist, which makes the gloves unusable for driving. Oddly enough, the palm fits fine. I'd trade them in for a larger size but since there is already a large gap at the fingertips, I'm afraid a large size will be too large. Disappointed I'll have to return them.

I used the sizing method describes in the advertisement for thegloves. The gloves themselves are wonderfully soft, well-madeand warmly lined. The only problem is that, in spite of carefulmeasurement, they are too small.Otherwise, they arrived in perfect condition, as soon as promised.

The faux fur lining is as soft as a Gund plush toy. This particular model fits snugly... just under 7.5". The Leather Gloves arrived within three week, sent by Canadian Fine Gloves.
