So far, so good--First thing I did was enlarge the instructions on my printer to an 8x10 size--That done,I played with each of the functions to get a general idea of how to utilize them--The most important thing to me was the sound--We play our music all day, in the house, at a moderate level--No "headbangers" here--Sound quality and volume are great-- For our needs, bluetooth and the ability to put playlists on a small flash drive was a plus--I let the device seek out FM stations, automatically, and that worked fine--Took a few tries to set the clock but the instructions helped--I have a lot of electronic gear and usually never read the instructions first--YOU NEED TO READ AND FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS--If you don't, you will become very frustrated--Give it some quality time and you will love this little speaker with great sound--There are lots of bluetooth speakers out there, but none with these features at this price-- I have included some photos of the speaker and two files of the instructions which you can copy if you decide to buy--They may help you--

I bought this to replace my current $5 alarm clock and thought it was about time to step up to something a little more useful. I like it, but I have a bone to pick with the manufacturer at the lack of fully detailed instructions.Pros: Construction and detail are really good on this model and it's situated where just about everything is up front and user-accessible. Cute little unit.* Sound is decent and at the $30+ price range, it's actually quite acceptable. I've listed to about 8 or 9 different tracks that I'm really familiar with and the reproduction is good, but slightly on the high or "tinny" end. Bass is surprisingly bumpy and counters the effect for the most part, but it is notable.* Plays music off of the USB with no issues and my Alexa is hooked up in the back. It actually sounds like a woman's voice now..lol. FYI: Any Bluetooth pairing with Alexa to this device has to be done within the Alexa app!! Nice touch though since it eliminates a few steps to get the two set up.Cons: Lack of detailed instructions!! When you're offering a product that uses multiple keys for multiple functions, you need to be a little more descriptive and specific to access some of the device's features. I also see this "DOL" flash on the screen a few times and there's no mention f it at all in the manual.*Setting the alarm tone/music is a pain in the *expletive* . It seems to never set correctly even though I've followed the instructions to the letter when assigning a particular station to wake up to.*No charger is included with this device, which will make it a deal breaker for quite a few. Just about any device that requires a charged battery comes with a compatible charger. This fella didn't, which baffles me. A USB cord can't take the place of a power source, sooooo........*A remote would have been awesome!!Final thoughts:Life is complicated enough and if your one of those people that don't like to / don't have time to tinker or are technologically illiterate,this might not be for you. I build my own custom computers so I'm familiar with UI layouts and interfaces, but the designation of the devices buttons will mean that you will need to keep your instructions taped to the bottom of the speaker bc they are done mindlessly. It would have been simpler just to incorporate another button on either side and dedicate these features to them.It's an admirable piece of tech, and it does it well, but some of it's functions need to be separated for ease of use. i would recommend this to anyone looking to spice up a boring life and needs to wake up in the morning. This little fella will provide you with hours of entertainment...with just trying to figure it out.

never understood why all these expensive bluetooth speakers did not include a fm tuner - this product gets it - and at a nice price - sounds pretty good also - yes you can get better sound but you will pay a lot more - does include a usb to 5v cable but you supply the charger - no problem - if i can nitpick one thing , when you turn the unit off upon turn on it defaults to bluetooth setting - so if you were listening to radio then you have to push fm button - yes there are still some of us that listen to radio !!!

Mostly using it as a portable FM radio and it works great. No issues with Bluetooth pairing with Pixel.I wanted to mention that although the FM presets are not configurable you can delete ones you don't want. You run the auto setup and it will find all of the FM channels that have good reception. In my case this was over 30. I then went through and deleted the ones that I did not want. Ended up with the ~5 I wanted to keep. The end result is I got only the ones I wanted and it was fairly easy to do. If you want to preset a channel that has poor reception this may not work I guess and you would have to manually tune to the channel.

We ordered our first for our shower over three years ago (this is our second speaker). When we wanted on for the kitchen, we decided to order the same speaker in black.Charge lasts for weeks and we use the speaker about an hour per day. Slim profile design fits perfectly on our bathroom shelf. Connectivity is super simple and reliable, although (like any Bluetooth system) you occasionally take a little extra time to kick other family members off of the connection.Seriously, what other >$30 speaker would still be alive and kicking after three years? Great deal, nice design, at a great price.

I bought this speaker to play at work, and it works really well. We have no PA or music system at the small building and this works really well and can fill the whole room with music.It can fill our whole 30'*30' warehouse with sound and be heard in our showroom. Other times I have it up front at a lower volume.The Bluetooth works as expected, and I can get about 50 feet way, without line of sight, before it starts to break up. The FM receiver is a really nice feature for when no one wants to stream from their phone or we cant decide on what to play. The FM is not perfect and most of the time we can get a strong signal, not taking points off for this because it could be the building that I work in or the station.90% of the time I keep it plugged in, It can charge from any micro usb charger, however it does not come with a plug just the wire. When I was using it off the battery it lasted for more than 3 hours at full volume using Bluetooth, it didn't die after that I just stopped using it and plugged it in.

Great little sound system.The FM radio works great,Music filled SD card or usb option is cool. Bluetooth to my phone works good too. If your tight for counter space you can stand it up lol You don't need this system to be any louder, it's got balls and clarity for its size. Charges quickly and lasts over 8 hrs. Once you get use to the buttons it's straight forward, I can control it blindfolded now👍 Sweet sound system for the $35. So portable it'll fit in any bag/backpack/bugout bag. Well done China 😁😷

I've only had the speaker for 5 days, but so far so good. The best attribute it has is its versatility. It pairs suprisingly quickly and flawlessly in bluetooth mode with Spotify on my phone or with my PC, and the sound is not loud but quite clear. I wouldn't use this if I was having a party with 25 guests, but it is more than adequate for any medium sized room, and the shape works very well if you set it on the dash or up against the glove compartment in the car.On half volume I'm getting 8 hours plus, on near maximum volume it's still clear and I have been getting 6 hours. It seems to fully charge in 2 hours or so. There are 3 battery indicator lights. It takes a long time to go from 3 to 2 lights and then 2 to 1 light, but is quick from 1 light to dead.What I really like about it, that might set it apart from many other similarly or more expensively priced items, is the USB port. It is a very nice feature to have when you don't have access to wifi when you are at the beach or hiking in the mountains.All in all; for the price ($40CAD/$32USD), I am very pleased.

Would have given an additional half star, so I'll stick to 3... Sound ok but may distort a little (on Bluetooth) if too high. My expectations weren't too high because I mainly bought this to listen to the radio at work. The sound button is mixed in with the radio channel switch, which is a pain. When the battery runs out (after about 6-7 hours), instead of shutting down, it reverts to the first radio channel. This is my main complaint and unacceptable for my standards. Having to press the little buttons like 100 times to go back to wanted channel every single day really is not worth the energy. Disappointed that this happens since I was listening to the radio at volume 1. I'll be returning the unit.

I needed a small countertop radio with USB option for playing mp3 from a flash thumb drive. And based on the reviews of many saying good sound quality, I gave this one a try. I am so amazed the sound can be this good coming from such a small radio. The base is deep and clarity is perfect. This is everything i had hoped for. I am more accustomed to Bose systems and i had first tried find something small by Bose but nothing this small with Usb. As for sound, i would like to say I’m surprised Bose isn’t labeled on it! Just don’t expect to change anything but the volume. No adjustments for base , treble etc. You wont need to anyways

I use it everyday since I got it, great sound and perfect size for my office!The only thing is when you use fm/am radio, you have to keep your finger on button + until you get the level wanted instead of just pushing it once so sometimes I ended up changing the Fm Station.
