Odyson - Airport Wireless Card (Bluetooth, WiFi) + Cable + Bracket Replacement for MacBook Pro 13" Unibody A1278 (Mid 2012)

This is the second time I've written a review since 2008. Installing the wireless card was incredibly effortless. Initially, I didn't have any wifi icon on my screen and so after having it diagnosed, I bough this a did it myself saving $500. It took me no more than 8mins to complete the job using YouTube. I'm now motivated to finally upgrade my old 2012 MacBook pro into a beast of a machine. I'm now confident to upgrade my drive to SSD and replace RAM to start. This wireless card saved my sanity. Don't hesitate to buy.

Package arrived much sooner than expected in a USPS first class mail prepaid box.Never actually installed this part, ordered on a whim after throwing a small tantrum when my wifi stopped working on my mid-2012 13" MBP.When it showed up, I actually did some normal troubleshooting and found that with a safe made boot then resetting my PRAM everything was working normally again.Try the normal stuff first, but if you need this part, you can count on getting it quickly from this vendor.

Came quicker than expected and worked perfectly. I upgraded my late 2011 MacBook Pro to enable continuity and the advanced hand off capabilities of the newer MacBooks. Installing it was a breeze. Note: I have a lot of experience in IT and Macs. Another note: To enable continuity on the later MacBook you need to run a script that enables it. Google it.A couple months later and it still works great.

Had to return. Didnt need the item. Pricey though, but so were the others......

Easy install worked like it should, plus just buying the card alone cost more. Great saving , awesome delivery time

This item is brand new. Okay, so i tried from a different seller to buy the Airport Wireless card. It did not not fit. This product was a easy install. It fixed all of my wireless connections with my router. Product arrived quickly from the other side of the United States. I would definitely recommend.

My bluetooth stopped working some time ago and then the wifi became intermittent. I could keep it going by using the smc reset every couple of days. This replacement worked great and mid-2012 Macbook Pro is operating perfectly now. The actual item (the housing or frame) sold here didn't perfectly fit my Mac but I removed the small bluetooth/wifi card from the housing and replaced the defective card inside the housing that was currently in my Mac. Very simple process using instructions from ifixit. Worked as soon as I fired up the laptop. Yay!

I saved hundreds of dollars! instead of taking it to Apple Store or buying a new laptop, i was able to replace it myself. it is actually quite easy. I have looked and it looks like it is a common problem to Macbook Pros.
