I haven't actually had chance to use it yet (as I predominantly bought it as a steak weight) ,however it does seem to be a quality, well made item. I have large hands and the handle is large enough for me to comfortably grip it without any worries of possibly dropping it.

There seems to be a lot of negative reviews for this, I'm not sure why, however it is quite large so make sure your frying pan can accommodate the size, it makes bacon much more evenly cooked and a uniform colour, I really like it.

Does the job

Been using this press for just over a month and it's transformed how we cook on the grill. Bacon, burgers or virtually anything that needs some pressure, this thing is magic

Not Really much to say about this. Its a hunk of Pig Iron that's crosshatched on the bottom.Good for what it's meant to do. Seasoned up fairly easily for non stick.The handle is raw wood when you get it. so add your favourite wood oil before use. Mine was fairly rough but not a big deal. It wasn't rough enough to be worried about splinters.Gets used quite often for pork and beef steaks. and covers one big beef steak at a time.This review was not biased in any way.I paid for the item for my own use without the knowledge of the seller/manufacturer.I have owned this item long enough to to feel like i can give an honest opinion on it.
