Doesn't appear to be anything actually wrong with the product - although not tried it out yet as it's a present. Very disappointed that there's no box as this was the main reason for purcashing from this specific set as opposed to others also selling it. I should have taken more notice of the dates of recent reviews that also stated no box.Balls are not damaged or "used" (that I can tell) but they are quite dull in appearance and most definitely NOT bright and shiny as shown.You really should remove the picture showing the box as it is misleading.

This boule set’s arrival was a little underwhelming.The product arrived late, with no outer box gift packaging as per the marketing information. The balls themselves are satisfactory with the exception of the finish which is rather crude. I am guessing this is an unsightly plug, roughly applied after the balls have been filled with water to weight them.Nevertheless these balls are fun and entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed playing a game of boules with usual party mayhem. My husband loved the game - as he won!

I had such high hopes after reading one or two reviews. This would have been the perfect set for my kids to use in the garden. But three balls out of the set are dented and at least four of the balls are weighted differently to the others (not filled with the same amount of liquid inside). So you can't get competitive! This set only works well for young kids that won't notice.

They are cheap and cheerful, not particularly robust but light and brilliant for a summer game. I wanted them to use indoors on wet days with my husband who has dementure so I can cope with them being less durable. The seller was very helpful with a small problem of two balls being dented ... you can buy with confidence so long as you realise they are what you would expect at that price.

Product arrived unboxed – not a problem as I’d read [previous reviews but the picture still shows the box and that’s misleading.Putting that aside, the product was fine – nothing to complain about and is good value for money. Have used it on different surfaces and the balls seem sturdy enough, roll true and have already provided lots of fun for parents, kids and grandparents.

dont get me wrong, we have played with these over and over and are very happy with my purchase considering the low price. But the balls do all weigh differently and the swishy water inside the balls make the throwing/bowling a little "off" but for me and my little ones, they're perfect. Quite a good picnic game for the little ones.

This formed part of the presents I gave my 10 year old grandson for his birthday. He and his younger brother loved playing with them. Kept them amused for hours in the garden. And being in a handy carry case, will be good to take on holidays or on the beach etc.

Bought for a birthday garden party, these were played with on grass and were not played with roughly however after a short while one of the balls sprung a leak. We were enjoying the game up until that moment when one of the players had to drop out.
