Great plant-based pasta
A bit pricey but well worth the expenditure if you're not going to eat on a regular basis. I like this better than all the other bean or non-wheat pastas I've tried; and I've tried a number of them! I bought a 6-pack in June and I still have 1 serving left. For me, the texture is perfect if it's cooked for 7 minutes. Tonight I made it with sauteed mushrooms, onions and avocado chunks. I just topped it with salt-free seasoning. Delicious!

Outstanding Italian gluten-free pasta!
This pasta is addictive! I’m a skeptic Italian when it comes to pasta. But the green pea rotini by Felicia is outstanding. I dress it with Rustichella d’Abruzzo (my region!) arrabbiata sauce and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. And I saved the cooking water and tonight I used it to make a broccoli and tofu soup. The result was really satisfying. You should do the same!

Missing item
The order was supposed to be 6 boxes and only 5 boxes arrived.

Expanding your gluten-free pasta options
I like the idea of a pea flour pasta, and this was a decent quality overall but I had to doctor it up with extra sauce and seasoning to make it a palatable texture that I personally could enjoy. It’s more expensive than I would feel comfortable paying for alternative noodles on a regular basis but to have a few boxes on hand for occasional cooking is fine with me. Pro tip: Do not cook it as long as the package suggests or it will become too mushy.

Great Grain-Free Pasta
As far as grain-free pastas go, this is a good one. The texture and flavor are good. While it can produce some gas, it is easier to digest than many other grain-free pastas.

Delicious
I'm a nutritionist and I say with confidence that pea pasta is a gift from the gods. This company is one of the best. Italians know their pasta.

Not my favorite
Pasta practically disintegrates when cooked. Cooking for less time means a less al dente pasta. Cooking for the right texture means that half the pasta ends up in the sludgey cooking water. Taste was what you would expect, like peas. I'll keep looking.

Great Tasting Pasta
Great tasting pasta. Especially enjoy it was a marinara based sauce. Instead of pre-cooking the pasta, we cook it in the sauce to imbue more flavor.
