Make shooting a little more entertaining
The media could not be loaded. I got the wobble kit with a new wheelie bird thrower for Christmas. Having used a manual trap thrower for years makes this setup very fun to use. No more consistent throwing patterns like the manual one did. This launches at all different angles and height. It keeps you on your toes. After shooting it for a little while I could get a good idea which way it would throw by watching it. But I could remedy that by hiding it or putting it behind something to make it less predictable. I definitely look forward to using it more. The wobble kit bolted right on to the wheelie bird thrower. The wobbler comes with its own base with legs that I didn’t need. It also has its own set of clips to connect to the battery. I use a deep cycle marine battery with the thrower and wobbler. Each have their own battery clips. You can also turn the wobbler off and use the thrower without the wobble option. Together they were a bit pricey but it sure beats not having to cock a manual thrower.

level up the skills
We do wolf chase shoots at the house all the time and after adding the wobble it added way more fun. All of our shooters are loving it.

No more boring same shots.
I bought the wobbler for my Champion freedom bird trap. Installation was very simple. Take out the 4 bolts from the Champion Freedom bird that is mounted to the cart and add a new wobble base to the cart. The only negative thing I would add is that it adds extra weight to the entire machine to have it lifted in & out of a truck or SUV. Otherwise it is worth every penny to buy this add on feature. Just wish it was a little lighter to lift.

Get one, you'll love it
I got the wobble base and wireless remote for my Wheelie Bird system and I couldn't be happier with it. I had one snag in the build where the plate didn't have matching hole patterns with the handle, but I drilled it out pretty easy and the bolt dropped right in without interference. Assembly process was pretty simple after that.Watching this thing in action is really neat. If you've used the system without it, you know it's a laser beam and basically throws the clays identically, just about every time (unless the wind picks up). This makes shooting boring pretty quick, so I resorted to weaving the mount around by hand and tilting it every which way. The wobble bar is pretty expensive on its own, but it makes a whole new machine out of the clay thrower. I seriously doubt you'd be disappointed with it unless you wanted variable speed along with variable throw angles. I'm pretty happy with it so far. Like i said in my other reviews; better stock up on ammo and clays because you're gonna need them!

Critical addition to your thrower
Purchased and attached to a wheelybird 2.0. Has been close to two years, but I recall conflicting installation instructions. Regardless had no issues installing. Coming from hand operated spring loaded throwers to this unit configured with the wheelybird is almost breathtaking. No issues with the wobble base, it’s amazing. Did have a wheel randomly fall off the wheelybird which with the wobble actually made some rabbit type shots. Though that has been fixed will purchase with a second unit for a more challenging clay shooting experience.

Love this thing
The media could not be loaded. Slapped this wobble base on my Walmart thrower in a matter of minutes. It can with its own stand as the holes didn’t line up to keep my caddy base. Well every house hold should own a drill so I popped out two holes and bad da bing bad da boom we have a wobble with a caddy base. Been using it now for 4 months and it doesn’t skip a beat. Zero problems at all 10/10

Great trap addition, but lowest elevation angle is VERY low
I have this base mounted on a Workhorse trap. I like that the assembly is light enough that I can still carry the trap with wobble base installed by myself, although it's a little awkward. The wide azimuth variation is great for practicing sporting clays, although I can see why a dedicated trapshooter would prefer a narrower azimuth variation like you'd see in American trap. The elevation variation is my only nitpick; at the lowest elevation, if you are shooting slightly uphill or over tall foliage, the clays thrown at this angle will smack directly into the ground/foliage. To avoid this, you'd have to shim up the front of the base so it throws in a more upward trajectory (this may be the case with the Wheelybird base).

Lots of fun
Gave it a five star because it works great and is sooo much fun even though it was missing some bolts, the nuts, bolts and washers were just loose in the box and it appeared to have been assembled and disassembled/returned. I ordered it and a workhorse together. If you get them at the same time read the wobbler’s instructions first and there’s several steps assembling the workhorse you can skip (I didn’t and assembled the workhorse then had to disassemble as part of wobbler assembly).
