I’m in a wheelchair and have dizziness from having severe food poisoning that caused me to lose 60 lbs.I’ve got neuropathy in my hands too so I tend to drop things like my vitamins and then I can’t reach them to pick them up.These tongs were bought to help me get my cat food dishes down to the floor and they are perfect for that but today I dropped my vitamins and I was able to easily grab them and get them up to the counter!I know that not many people have this type of problem but some do so I wanted to share this.The tongs are very easy for my hands to use and they can pick up nearly anything because they’re shaped so well.So if you have trouble leaning down and grabbing things that you drop, these are highly recommended by a fellow klutz and they will make your life so much easier!!

Good quality, keeps the heat far away

I purchased to save my hands from burning over the BBQ grill. They work great for the BBQ, are sturdy and well made. The price is well worth it.

We really like these. They don't have the silicone tips which means food can't get stuck under them (we had this problem before and so this was our main goal). The clamp is good. I only wish there were different size tips. They're kind of big and so it's hard to turn small food items. But they're easy to store and like nice.

Perfect size and seem to be made well

I use it for other reasons. I have vertigo. This is great for picking things up from the floor.

Perfect. just what I needed.

Long story short, I need 2 total hip replacements and I can no longer bend at my knees without having shooting pains up my legs and into my hips. One day I dropped a pill on the floor I didn’t want my dogs to get. I looked at the kitchen island and had a light bulb moment when I saw my grilling tongs, so I grabbed them quickly, and ta dah! Worked beautifully.The next few days I tried picking up even smaller items, a thread, a dime, a needle (this was only done when my husband was home to grab it if the tongs couldn’t get the needle quickly)Anyway they worked so well, I ordered this set so I could have one in the living area and one in the Main bath.Once I have hip replacement surgery I can still use them cooking and grilling Win-Win
