Good quality
The quality is great. I wish that it was able to stretch more. It does fit, it just won’t go up as far as I would’ve hoped to. It fits where it is supposed to go, but I wanted it a little higher. Other than that, it is great.

Although I didn't use it at a garter, I think it's super cute. I used the jewel lace on a wedding cake instead and love it. It makes my cake look so elegant
