I have 4 bottles on the way. I am sure They will work just fine for me. Being a strict vegetarian, the most important thing is not having GELATIN capsules. I started with "Seeking Health" brand, but when it shows that the vitamin D3 brand is "currently unavailable" and no word when they will be available, it was time to switch brands. Using the vitamin D3, twice a week and using 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar tonic daily, my blood profile is fantastic for a 68 year old man who takes no prescription medication.However, I am not pleased with their lousy shipping boxes that can easily come open and lose the contents. This happened on the first order a week ago. A little piece of tape at each end of the box would secure it.UPDATE 7/ 9/ 2920The price has nearly doubled since I last bought item. Soon I will reorder, but not this brand!!!!

Super happy with these supplements
My Dr. has had me on D supplements and only recently I discovered I'd have better results using Vitamin D3 as opposed to D2 (which I was prescribed). I didn't want to refill my scrip and decided to try these until my upcoming visit. I've been taking this daily for six weeks and have noticed a significant decrease in the knee pain I've had for the past year. I plan on sharing this info with my doctor and also plan on continuing with these.I'm very pleased with this product.

Vitamin D3 High Dose
It's really kind of hard to judge how this is working (or not). I bought it because I wanted a higher dosage of Vit. D3. I guess it's fine if you want a high dosage. I don't take that large of a dose anymore though. Dropped it down to 2,000 IU instead.
