Quality
This is the real deal. I think it’s British, solid brass, nice mechanism, it’s going to outlast the poor version it replaced, the key actually fits snugly. Hopefully will keep the little chap from accessing the cellar

Not too bad
They are ok Only comes with 1 key. Which gets loads of dents in it when using it. So will need to get more keys. Easy to install though

I fit a lot of locks and this one is very good quality .It has a spring to push key home against gearing making a smooth action with no slip unlike a lot of the cheaper ones.

Smooth and secure.
This was a replacement for an identical product which after 14 years was no longer smooth when revolving the bolt and the key was starting to stick in the mechanism. The new unit has fixed the problem giving a nice easy and smooth action with that extra piece of security on the back door. I highly recommend it.

Needs an extra key
Most locks come with more than one key - spares are always a bonus.(granted... this is a generic star key that can be bought if need be)Everything else is fine and sturdy... i use it on my shed at it's two doors - it helps give more security

Door bolts... what more can you say?
Bought these to replace a couple of old ones that had rusted into the door and stopped operating. It was a real pain to get the old ones out of the door as there were seized, locked. Anyway, these went in easily, although I did have to trim the door slightly to allow these to sit flush.

Does the job but not perfect
These security bolts seem good and are easy to install if you're measurements are correct and they would normally have to be sunk into the wood to sit flush so you will probably also need a chisel to do so, the only down side to these bolts are the reciever plates and the key escutcheon plates which are a little too thin which make them difficult to sit flush with the sunken screw holes.. one of the screws broke off trying to fit one of the receiver plates so just had to settle for the drilled holes in the frame..
