This letter far exceeded my expectations. For the first time I feel confident walking up and down a step ladder. Not only is it more sturdy but the design features makes it a joy to use. The railings on the side assist in claiming up and down, but they also serve as a balance point that I lean on slightly as I work, which helps me to be more steady. The top railing is a safety feature in case I lose my balance I can always quickly reach down and grab that. The steps are wide and deep making it comfortable even being barefoot. On top of all that, it's the easiest step ladder I've ever had to put up and take down. It's effortless.

Study ladder, I feel very safe using it :) directions were a little hard to read/fine print and to follow, but I was able to it. Had a hard time putting the top section on as the tubular metal parts were slightly off so I had to really force it together, but that’s all. It’s a little heavier to carry than I’d like, but it’s a great solid ladder. Great price on Amazon too.

The first ladder I received was bent during shipping. We could not insert the tray piece because the pipe was bent. We tried to pound it out with a hammer but could not get it to work. This was in my opinion was not the fault of the seller. I contacted them and they replaced it free of charge. It was great to find a company the cared about the buyer being happy. I absolutely would recommend buying from them

It makes me feel safe when I need to climbthe ladder to do chores around the house.It's a little on the heavy side but it's a great ladder

I am only 5'1". I can't reach top shelf cabinets. It easily folds up to store. I like the wide top step. I don't feel like I'm going to accidentally step off like with some of the more narrower step ladders. Well made and sturdy.

The step ladder works great for me! I recently had total knee replacement and I feel secure going up and down this to complete home improvement projects! It's a little on the heavy side, but not bad and worth it for the extra safety I feel. It was quick and simple to put together.

This ladder is great for seniors or anyone who needs extra hand holds when climbing a ladder. It is a bit heavy for me at 73 but I love it no only because of the handles but the steps are closer together than normal ladders. So it is easier for me to climb it with my bad knees. It is fairly easy to open and close as well once you know how it works. I am very glad we have it.

Easy to put together, makes climbing up to cut in, hang drapes or whatever indoor tasks, easy, and more stable. My only complaint is that the "railings" don't fold in for storage. Other than that, if you're older, this is a great step ladder.
