Very simple to install & adjust the brightness. Make sure to turn power off going to the switch you’re working at. I didn’t but was very careful not to touch or use anything that might touch the wires connected to wall switch. Worked just as it was suppose to. Looks good, looks just like a “normal” wall plate.

The switch plate is easy to install but the brightest setting flickers. I leave it on medium which works good and is enough light.

I have purchased several of these lighted switch plate covers for single, double and triple toggle light switches. They ALL work very well. However, the single plate cover did not work on one of my light switches. I tried it on a different light switch and it works perfectly. I'm not sure if it's because the one I really wanted to use it on is at the bottom of the stairs and there is also a switch at the top of the stairs and they operate the same hall light or why? However, when I moved it to a location that operates only 1 light, and there are no other switches associated with that light, everything was fine. This was not the case for the 2 and 3 toggle switch plates. They work even though I have a similar situation in my great room. If you purchase one and think it's not working, you may want to try it on a differnt light switch like I did. I'm very pleased.

Super easy to install. Just remove old plate and replace with this one. You can control the brightness and it goes on when the room goes dark & off when you turn the lights on or room becomes bright with daylight. It’s a little less bright than my picture because my iPhone makes things look brighter but it’s bright enough that you everything in light glow & wont be tripping over anything.

Installation very easy and it works well. Had to change bulb in light to LED from CFL to stop light from blinking after switch plate installed.Criticism… this is second unit I purchased after returning first one which I thought was not working. It was obvious that both units received had been cut open by prior purchasers and returned. Why am I paying full price for items that had been opened and returned?
