Inaccurate packaging
There were only bottles in the box & there was supposed to be 6 according to the description & they were all dusty like they have been in a warehouse for yearsโฆ

Poor packaging on shipping
3 out of 6 containers were opened during shipping with contents spilled into large plastic bag that contained all 6 plastic bottles. I dont want to go through the hastle of shipping it back to return it as I am happy with the product itself, but it really is a pain to have to scoop it out of the bag to use it and not waste it. Doubt if I would order this 6 pack again. They need to tape the tops on more securely or somehow prevent them from opening during shipping. They are sturdy once put on correctly but it seemed they werent snapped on securely or perhaps it happened during shipping. Whatever the cause, I amfinitely definitely not happy with this mess.

My Wife's Request
My wife would always ask me to look for Zud when I'd go to a hardware store or similar place. I had found Zud on Amazon before, but wasn't satisfied with the price. I was pleased with the 6 count pack, so I ordered.Guess who was the first to use the Zud?First project was a stainless steel saucepan in which we'd cooked beans and had the usual mineral deposit on the bottom. Just a short scrub cleaned it up. I probably could have had similar results with vinegar and heat, but the Zud was handy. Next was a stainless dutch oven that had burned on residue. My wife had already worked on it with a more widely distributed product with limited success. The Zud made fast work of the cleanup. (She had been a little cautious, "I hope it's as good as I remember." It was.A bit of "if I remember correctly." If I am correct the two key ingredients are a gentle abrasive and oxalic acid. Oxalic acid is the item for rust removal, but it seems to work wonders on stainless steel. If you want your stainless steel to shine like a mirror, Zud delivers, at least at our house.

"Cleans Like Nothing Else"
True Story... I have rental property. I rented a NEW unit to a young nurse.. Being a nurseand working in an envirmont that requires sanitation, my thinking was she would follow through with the same in her home... WRONG! She lived there for two plus years and when she moved, I was almost positive I would have to replace ALL the plumbing fixtures. I had tried all my regular supplies to clean and nothing was working. My sister- in -law in California told me to try ZUD. I could not find it in any stores, so she mailed it to me...(this was in the old days before online shopping was a posibility!) I am not saying it was fast and easy, but it was the only thing that made it livable again! I have not been without it since. It cost me time and effort, but saved me a bundle.

I would highly recommend this product to anyone.
I had never heard of this stuff but gave it a shot. I was trying to restore a 1940's porcelain sink to something close to its former glory. I was impressed...it took care of paint with no problem. Rust and scuff marks no problem. I had to get down into cracks using a tooth brush. I sealed it and it looks beautiful. Way better than comet. You occasionally get a whiff of rotten eggs (sulfur?) when using it...but the smell is not intense. Not even noticeable most of the time. Once rinsed there is no smell.I was prepared for it to be extra toxic or smelly but, seems to be quite mild on the senses. I ditched the gloves after a bit.

And oh so clean
I love ZUD cleanser! I've used this cleanser for years and it's remarkable. I have a white, stone, glazed crock pot that I use a lot and after a while it gets dingy looking. I sprinkle some Zud in the pot and just rub the inside with my finger tips and in no time and with little effort, my crock pot is sparkling white again. Yes, I use my finger tips, that's it. I do the same thing with some scarring that happens on some of my dinner plates and it removes the scarring very easily. Zud also makes my stainless steel kitchen sink all shiny again and that's a hard job with that old sink. I use a kitchen rag on the sink though, not my fingers. I would recommend Zud to everyone! Everyone!
