My first one arrived and it did not work properly. But in contacting customer service, they sent a new one right away to replace it,no questions asked. The customer service is a dream, and other than that, it works great! Love it so far.

I finally caved in and bought one...I was missing out! It does take up counter space but its definitely not bulky nor an eye sore. It looks al fancy nice with the electronic touch screen but I like it. I'm super impressed with how crispy the food comes out. I still don't understand the technology on how it can crisp food without oil, but the point is that it does! And the clean up has been pretty easy; There is grease but that's from the actual food dripping. Nothing has actually stuck to the bottom part, so the nonstick is real. I also appreciate that it comes with a recipe cook book :-) haha I'm the worst cook so receiving a cook book was great! :-)

My only complain so far is the lack of accessories and the cookbook and instruction manual ain't that good. In general the food cooks well and taste good. I use spray pan a little bit on some things so that they don't stick. The best thing this thing does is fry potatoes. Chicken and Steaks stay quite juicy. It's really BIG and I bought it for around $90 which I think is a great price. So far so good, we will see how long it last. I use non-metal tools to move/take the food.

The air fryer broke the 2nd day. Was cooking a piece of chicken .. puleed drawer out to put in asparagus .. tried to close .. would not stay closed .. something with the latch i guess .. what a shame .. 1st day worked great . Was gonna buy another .. take a 2nd chance.. price went up from $86 to $99 .. sad .. i purchased some else for $79 ..and with free shipping ..

This was very disappointing it took a long time to cook I probably will never use it again and the worst part is I give it to my daughter as a gift and I’m sorry I did

We got another air fryer as a gift, and returned it for this one because it was too small for the three of us in my family. This thing is awesome, does great tater tots, fries, and corn dogs for my son, and my wife and I do fresh roasted potatoes and sweet potatoes in it. We're on the hunt for more healthy recipes. One of the best kitchen appliances we own.

Bought it to replay the mondern style for the old newwave oven, not big enough as cooks moist as the old model. three stars because the turn on botton needs extra hard push to turn on.

It was a gift for my parent-in-low's 53rd wedding anniversary, and they only used a few times then quit working. couldn't find out what is wrong. Definitely return it.
