Great Value Excellent Customer Service!!
I love this chair. It's comfy sturdy comes with a stool and is an unbelievable price.My stool came with a little rip in it, I was offered some money off straight away but wanted a replacement stool.Because both items are sold as one unit it wasn't possible to send just the stool. So after a few emails, Grace my customer service representative sent me a complete new chair and stool and after I asked made sure it was delivered before my original was gets picked up.Just hope it's not Yodel again complete nightmare!!!

Looks really good, not very comfortable
It looks really nice. Unfortunately is not comfortable, when I seat (and I am not heavy) your u can feel the wood underneath.It doesn’t feel too solid as well.However customer service dealt with a broken leg of the furniture super quick, keeping me informed.

Great chair, easy to assemble
Chair looks lovely for the price. Wood split in one of the legs but used that leg in the back of the chair where no one can see.

It does look good when you finally get it assembled
Looks nice when assembled. Had to pack out the rails to get the back rest fitted, poor quality in manufacturing.
