A must for Asian cuisine
The secret to any Asian cooking is the oil! Use Sesame seed oil for a rich Asian flavor! I add this to my fried rice, ramen, couscous and when I make frozen potstickers.

Great Flavor
I love the flavor and I mix it 50/50 with olive oil for sauteing vegetables, baking chicken breasts, and frying eggs. A great alternative to butter.

This not only fit the bill, but my son seems to like the flavor even better than the previous brand
Bought this for my son, he uses this when making Chinese food dishes, we had a smaller bottle of this type of sesame oil in a different name brand and used it all up. He wanted a replacement with the same/similar flavor palate (he’s a bit of a foodie, has watched a lot of cooking shows and videos to get things to come out just right), this not only fit the bill, but he seems to like the flavor even better than the other brand. YMMV.

Open Sesame
Helps create authentic Asian style vegetable dishes. Best not to go overboard with it, but this was great in my fried rice recipe.

Traditional flavor, aroma, quality
I’ve bought a number of Kevaia products snd feel quite solid about this brand. I’m sensitive to smells, of all kinds, and understand food processing from traditional methods to modern chemical extraction, which I won’t buy or use or eat.The aroma is earthy, rich, it’s not over roasted and burned like many brands, and the flavor is clean. There aren’t any chemical smells or tastes, and I do a lot of Asian dishes and deep frying - even a few drops on a rich dashi broth is like a magical sweet spot. After deep frying, once cooled I strain and recycle, adding an umeboshi (Japanese pickled plum) as an alkaline and it doesn’t go off or rancid …. I appreciate that it’s high quality and in a gallon. Given the distribution channel and the fact that here in the US, we don’t really produce our own cooking oil short of foaming corn oil that’s glyphosate laden, or canola maybe, which shoujd never be used except for your garden tools, or almond from California whose beautiful orchards can not sustain the extended drought, fires, and high water volume dependence, I’d say, guve ut a try.If you’re new to roasted sesame oil, try it in stir fry, roasted vegetables, salad dressings with lots of scallions/garlic, and for a predominantly plant based diet, it’s an excellent source of calcium but also vegan oil/fat.I add just a bit to soup broths. It makes the much richer with deeper flavor. If you don’t put too much, you don’t really taste it, but get to experience the feeling if taking in nourishing fats thst our bodies crave and need. For spa days, it’s great for the hair and scalp. I massage it in The night before I’m going to wash my waste length hair, massage it into my skin (and face) and it legit gives a certain glow. The price and quality plus the dependable quality of kevaia products has made me brand loyal.

This is a good buy, if you enjoy toasted sesame oil as I do! It's a healthy oil....and I use it for cooking, making salad dressings, actually anywhere oil is needed. Yum.

The best sesame oil- hands down
I could get regular sesame oil in my supermarket but I don't bother. They are weak flavored compared to this. I use this for all my Asian dishes and more. It's got a pronounced nutty and savory flavor and it's amazing. I highly recommend this product if your are looking for sesame oil.
