Guys can use this pack too
Not sure why the title of the pack says it's for "Women" when on Nathan's site says it can be used for Men and Women, it's effectively a gender neutral pack. This is a great pack with plenty of a carrying capacity for hiking. My only qualm with this bladder is the mouth piece should be an angled mouth piece instead of a "straight one". I ended up swapping out the tube/mouth piece from my Vapor Air to this pack. But this is probably purely subjective and not a knock against the pack itself. The pack has two adjustable straps on both sides, has lots of carry capacity and 4 pouches/pockets on the shoulder straps near the chest. Perfect for some nutrition or an energy bar. I've been using this pack for the last 4 weeks while hiking on the weekend. It's super comfortable to wear, the chest straps are easily adjustable, it's lightweight and breathable, everything you'd want in a pack. One downside to this pack: the included bladder is only 1.5 liters and the hose *cannot* be removed from it. You are effectively stuck with the same bladder and hose. I replaced this bladder + hose with the 2 liter bladder + hose from my Vapor Air, which does have a removable hose and a larger bladder. I want to be able to remove the hose when cleaning, washing, drying, or filling the bladder. I don't need a hose attached all the time. No idea why someone thought it was a good idea to include a bladder that couldn't be removed.

Light
This hydration pack is ideal for running or hiking. It securely rides high on the back. Adjustability is pretty decent although I found the two chest straps a little close together for me at 5’11”. It has easily accessible pouches for your energy gel or bar and a nice size back pouch that would easily carry additional calories, an aid kit and a pair of dry socks. It comes with a 1.5 liter bladder with a pinch clip closure and a simple bite valve. This isn’t my favorite type of bladder as full filling can be challenging. Overall, this is a pretty nice, feature packed hydration pack in a light package.

Equal opportunity hydration backpack
I know it's marked as a women's product. but I can't figure out what makes it anything other than universal. The various promo photos online show a man in the charcoal pack and a woman in the periwinkle/estate blue. There are a number of other outdoorsy products that have gendered colors, probably just to be searchable as male vs female. I don't see a functional difference. The pack is very light and has cinch bungees and a roll top to get it down to the smallest possible size to keep it from jostling around. There are also lash points to be able to hang things if you need to expand your cargo capacity. The front (of your body, not the pack) pouches hold pretty much everything you're going to need at the ready for a hike. Bigger gear (like layers, first aid, etc) can go in the main compartment. The bladder itself is definitely a nice touch. Not quite up to the Osprey level, but those bladders alone are $50. This one is completely functional, nice looking, and easy to seal/hang. The full width top is especially useful for cleaning and temperature control You can invert the bag to clean all the inner corners and let it dry. No germs, no hidden goop. I also like freezing a SmartWater sized bottle of water, cutting it out of the bottle and using it as an all day cooler for my pack water. It turns your hydration pack into a cooling device. Very nice on hot summer hikes.Anyway, it's a very good system and priced accordingly.

great for men and women - plenty for a long hike or run - light, comfortable fit
This hydration pack is excellent. It can be used for men and women alike. The fit exceeded my expectations. It is very lightweight and breathable with a secure fit. It holds more than enough water for any run or hike I've used it for. The pack is very well made and has held up very well. It is really easy to wipe down too. All in all, this hydration pack exceeded my expectations. It would be an excellent choice for someone who hikes a lot or even someone who does a lot of races, especially ones of long distance.
