The gel arch support did not last, it went flat after the second wearing. Because the flap and velcro are on the top of your foot it does not work well with sandals, it it too big. Would not recommend for anyone that needs the support for foot pain.

I wear them to work since I am on my feet 90% off my day. It helps with stability and the impact on stairs. Make sure you wear them with shoes that have laces so you can loosen them up. I wore them with slip on sketchers and they were too snug. You feet are a bit sweaty once you take them off so good socks are a must.

Good arch support. Bought to wear indoors as podiatrist advised against going barefoot due to no support for arch. Wonderful for hot days when I don't want to wear shoes in the house
