I had tried this before so I know it works. I don't get the groggy feeling after waking up. This product helps me since I am working midnight shift. I take it once I get home and it takes approx. 15-30 minutes to feel the effects. It makes me feel relaxed and very calm. Once i wake up i wake up feeling very rested even if I only sleep 5 hours.Now, this does not keeps me asleep for the whole time, since I work midnight shift I take at about 8 am and 20 minutes later I am asleep. I usually wake up 4-5 hours later (keep in mind i have 4 kids and is very hard to get 8 hours of straight sleep) but i do not feel groggy or tired, I feel very rested.If you have a chance to try other Kinobody products I strongly recommend it, i have tried them all and the best thing is that they are 100% natural.

just really didn't do much for me or change anything to drastically. This product is good if you drink caffeine to close to bed time it can actually help in that instance. Not really gonna recommend this to anyone. Especially if you need something to make you really tiered or knock you out this wont don anything for you.

Not worth the money. Might have helped me fall asleep but left me feeling super groggy in the mornings. At the end of the day, if you want to sleep better, eat healthy and work out consistently, no other way around it.

Been taking for 2 years. Best all-natural sleep supplement out there. I guarantee if it’s not working for people it’s because they don’t take it right. It’s not gonna conk you out... it induces relaxation and sleep. Highly Recommend!
