Fits perfectly with the slim model as explained. And looks sharp don't monitor the heat. So I can't say about that but given the design well done.

Great product for the price
Definitely works great. Installed on my PS5 and was a perfect fit. Comes with a decent screw driver to remove the screw and install this. Kept cover off and ran the PS5 for several hours and can feel the heat escaping.

Works to vent heat from the ssd.
Bought this for my girlfriend for her new ssd since i had a very expensive ssd with heatsink die on metwo years ago due to the heat generated from the ssd+ ps5 and room temp and did not want her going through the same thing. Ive had a vented cover ever since and have had no problems at all. This will make your ssd last longer.
