I recently started thinking about taking a ginkgo supplement because I've read about all of the health benefits. I was mainly interested in it for what I've heard it can do for memory, focus, etc, but after looking it up, ginkgo seems pretty great for you all around. After some research I decided on this product because of the price, ingredients (no weird additional stuff) and the positive reviews. I've been using it for about a month now and feel I've seen an increased ability to focus and it is supposed to be very good for your circulation, something you cannot necessarily perceive but that is the science behind it. The pills are easy to swallow and there is a slight 'plant-like' aftertaste but nothing unpleasant or overpowering. I will continue to buy this product.

As someone who's been following the Ketogenic lifestyle across the last 9 months (90 lbs lost, thank you), I wanted to add something to the mix to help boost energy and reduce inflamation. But I'm also one who "suffers" (loosely speaking) from the autoimmune disease, vitiligo (eg: The Michael Jackson disease). So, in seeking remedies to slow down the spread of depigmentation, I decided to try gingko biloba,I found this bottle from VH Nutrition and was hooked. The price was great and it lasted me a couple months with taking one a day. The spread of vitiligo has definitely slowed down, and I believe the hyperpigmentation that's been collecting around the white patches of skin has faded slightly as well. Hard to truly speak confidently to that being only 2 months in, but I definitely feel better about it all.As to how I feel by adding this to my Keto regimen, I've definitely felt more energetic than usual. Keto in itself has loads of benefits such as lower blood pressure, little to no sweating, better clarity, more energy, etc. But I've definitely noticed the mornings I've forgotten to take my supplement, feeling a little less energetic than usual. So this is a go-to supplement for me going forward.

My husband, ask me to purchase this product.. since he has been taken it, he has notice the difference in his Concentration and focus. He especially liked the fact that he only needs to take one pill per day to get better results that he would normally get taken to the four pills a day for my brand that doesn’t have a combination of the two ingredients and milligrams. His opinion this is a great buy and a great product for the price he highly recommends for those the rely on Kiko to get them through the day highly recommend it.

I bout this bottle in order to get focused for my classes in university. Let me tell you, these capsules really helped me to focus on things that I needed to work on and even helped to give me a clear mind. When i would forget to take one I would feel very distracted and had a hard time getting in the zone for studying for my classes. I am almost done with the bottle and its almost time to refill, literally have 9 capsules left! :(The capsule itself has a mild earthy taste and they are relatively smaller than most other health capsules.Usually I have a hard time taking pills but this went down easy.Definitely worth the $$$, going to be getting some more or maybe even look for higher mg dosages.

I've tried several brands and this has been the best combination of affordability and effectiveness, probably due to the higher mg per capsule. I started taking this for brain fog and also heard that it can help with tinnitus. Happy to report that brain fog is gone and tinnitus is reduced, although not gone. I can still hear the ringing when it's quiet, but the big difference is that it isn't so loud that I constantly think about it and hear it as I try to fall asleep. Another pleasant side effect that I wasn't expecting is an increased libido, probably due to the "increased blood flow" aspect. Love that!

The overall rating we will be given after a few months, we just go the bottle. The 5 stars are for easy to swallow, flavor and money, for results too early. We are getting into a new nutrition regimen in preparation for a hike. Several climbers have recommended ginkgo. We have a few months to go, and we will report once we are back, about the experience. Curiously, the bottle reads 30 days supply, but in the back reads one capsule a day. Which should we follow?

We always research products before buying them, and stick with the ones that work best for us. This product works very well. We look for products with a small amount of ingredients, and that have ingredients that we can read and understand. Also, a good product is one that can be taken on an empty stomach. We've found that if it causes issues, nasuea, upset stomach, acid reflux, it's not a pure product or that there are other added ingredients that aren't good for you. Listen to your body! This product can be taken on an empty stomach with a glass of water with no issues, and gives you mental clarity quickly with just the right amount of energy. Will buy again :)
