EDIT: customer service was very responsive and gave me a new toothbrush and it seems a lot of the problems I have were model specific. Not a fan of charging with a USB but the light on the toothbrush is very clear and the heads come off a lot easier. The toothbrush does it’s job and is good for the priceI bought this after misplacing an Oral-B electric toothbrush I had because I liked the multiple options this one has and the long charge time. I wanted to wait until some time had passed to review it.First off, if you get this color, the lights that indicate what setting how much battery you have are barely visible. The choice to put a dim blue against a gold background makes almost no sense to me. A little brighter would have been perfect. And even though it is visible I wish I could see how much charge I have instead of just getting a blue flashing light when it’s low.The charging port is larger than oral-B and much clunkier.And lastly the head: this is the biggest inconvenience. Unlike the oral-b brush where you can go to pretty much any pharmacy or even Costco and get replacement heads, you pretty much HAVE to order these ones online again. On top of that, they’re way harder to replace than they should be. I had to pull like hell to get mine off and when I put the replacement it was barely working. Pulled it off again to try and fix it but since it requires so much force, a piece from inside the head broke off and now it’s basically useless.Get Oral-B. Spare yourself the headache

My hygienist said my teeth are much improved and my gums looks great! I'm not going back to regular toothbrush. She recommends this circular brush as it gets in between your tooth and your gums. She did said get oral b, but found this one and works well as it spins, oral b rotates back and forth. I did buy both but I like this one better.

If you want a nice electric toothbrush that is about 1/3 of the cost of an Oral B with the same features, look no further. I even had an issue with the original one I ordered, and I was sent a prompt replacement. The one I have is green and white, but is essentially the same toothbrush with a different charging mechanism. The motor is powerful and you can turn it down a notch if you like. The bristles are pretty soft and fell like they are doing a good job of cleaning. You would have a hard time beating this for the price, and Amazon's service is excellent!

My dentist recently recommended an electric toothbrush with a small round head. Although her office sells some, I decided to find one on my own for a slightly cheaper price. The reviews impressed me, then once I tried the toothbrush for the first time I was hooked! It came charged up and I used it as soon as I got it. I should have read the directions/instructions to know that it is on a timed 2-minute schedule and pauses every 30-seconds to let you know! It gives me that 'fresh from the dentist' feel. I loved it so much I bought one for my husband for Christmas and he loves it. It is DEFINITELY worth the price.

Hate it! I have been using it for 2 months now and I hate it! I knew it was going to be noisy but not as much as it is and it has gotten worse and worse with normal use... now it sounds like it’s going to fall apart. The vibration modes are not different from one another anymore and the sensitive one is like the medium. I really don’t like it at all! Went back to normal toothbrush.

Liked: the price, handled fine & included 1 replacement head; holds charge for an acceptable amount of time;Not So Much: can't put it down on it's side-just rolls happily away/no stopper;at the 6-6.5 MONTH mark, it began to operate in"'fits & starts"...until it simply stopped working.This item may need to come with a CBR (can't be resuscitated) notice, or...just plan on a 6 month service time!

ZERO Star.Yes, that is how much I dislike it. The quality of the brush is cheapest no where compared to oral b or philips as they are my everyday used electronic toothbrushes.I bought 2 toothbrushes from the same company based on reviews however the “Gold” color was the only reason to buy and I didn’t want it to work like a $200 toothbrushe however I expected it to at least start after a full day charging and waiting on it.Both toothbrushes have problem in them. One did not work from start and the other one does not vibrate.OMG, my hard earned money is gone. You will be at peace if you stay away from the company. Buy a branded product instead these.Really disappointed.

my grand daughter loves her new toothbrush. The gold color is a girl thing but the brush itself is perfect for her. Holds it's charge well, is easy to use, a does a great job. Any conversations with the seller were quickly answered and very curteous and helpful. They will go beyond you expectations to make things right if you have any problems. All in all a great purchase. I would reccommend them.
