I'm a retired decorator and from time to time I do favors for old clients. I was working on refurbishing a few chair cushions and noticed they needed an undercover. The only way that can be done, on these chairs, is to attach the undercover after the chair is assembled. The undercover shouldn't be tacked, since you need easy access to the bolts. I used the Hook & Loop. Staple the Hook to the wood frame, sew the Loop to the undercover Pelon fabric, then attach the undercover to the underside of the chair. Probably more than you need to know, but it works for this situation and completes the job. I also love the tape that has the sticky side. I've used it for bed skirts. Ever try to turn a heavy mattress without moving the bed skirt. There you have it!! Good Luck with all your DYI's
