This portable charging unit works very well. It is on the bulkier side but that gives it the necessary storage for power to charge multiple items multiple times. Also with the built in charging cables, nothing else is needed to carry around to charge your phones and tablets, but has the extra ports to charge a couple more devices. What more can you ask

My old charger I've had for 5-6 years is finally failing me. I wanted a new charger that had the ability to charge my phones, watch, and other devices. This charger was great and time tested on a recent trip. The portably makes it easy to put in a bag or suitcase. I'm able to charge all of my devices at night or while out on the go. We are taking a trip to Disney soon where this will be very useful to top off all our phones while trying to book all our rides/food. Durability seems to be great but this is plastic and will break if you drop it too many times on hard surfaces. Having 3 different charging methods makes the functionality a big plus. I hope this battery bank and charger will last me as long as my old one.

The media could not be loaded. The product description and provided instructions say to push the button and wait 5 seconds for the Apple Watch charger to begin charging. Multiple video reviews try to say this battery does not charge their Apple Watch, and in each you can see they do not push the button. Amazon should remove those reviews.Push the button twice to turn off the battery bank. The button is there to turn the charger on and off. You can use the built in cables to charge devices without using the button. I haven’t tried charging using my one cable yet. I’m reviewing to correct other reviews that did not follow the instructions. The Apple watch charger works.One star removed because you can’t charge the battery with the built-in cable. The included cable can charge the battery, but the built in cables would be convenient as well.I like that the display shows when a device is fast charging, and unlike other similar devices, the device is oriented with the right side facing up. This is a great value for a battery at half the capacity, so at 20k mAh it is a great value the design feels like an Apple product, less slick and glossy than the Apple Magsafe battery, not in a bad way. They match, which is good because I will use them together. I chose not to get a Magsafe battery bank because they lack iOS widget support and thermal management, and at high capacity they get quite heavy to hold while in use, unlike the Magsafe battery from Apple.

I am on a trip right now and took this with me for the first time. The Apple Watch charger does not work and now I will have a dead watch for the duration of the trip thanks to this useless thingEDIT: I am changing the stars to 3 because their customer service has been great and they did give me my money back and sent me a different charger. The reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is that the new charger looks different and is not the flat shape that I could fit into my purse anymore. but regardless their customer service is great!Ok another EDIT:Took this new charger on a trip with me to Cancun and the Apple Watch charger just stopped working out of nowhere and my Apple Watch has been dead for the last 5 days!

It is small, light, and takes up little space. It can charge my iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time. When I was on the high-speed train, my phone ran out of power. I used it to charge more than half of it in less than half an hour, and my watch was also fully charged. It is really practical!
