I was surprised by how much I like this tea. It tastes like shortbread cookies/biscuits.

I love vanilla / caramel flavoured tea, but sadly, it seems as though many manufacturers are discontinuing these flavours.I thought this tea might be "close" to the kind I enjoy . . . and yes, it is. It's not a true vanilla taste, of course, but it does bear a distinct resemblance to a nice biscuit!It steeps fairly quickly, and is not too strong nor too weak. Just right...! I add a tablespoon of sweet cream and it makes a very nice morning tea.

A gem. I always want to have this in my cupboard. So delicious. I think it may be about the only herbal tea I like.

I'd read some time back, while looking for a replacement for my favorite Rington's Traditional (which is no longer sold stateside) that among the best of the malty British teas was this offering. I'm a big fan of Yorkshire Gold, and thought perhaps this might be the trick. Not so much.Was it bad? No. It will make a nice dessert tea every now and then, although whatever natural flavor was used to replicate the biscuity taste is a bit disappointing and clung to the tongue longer than I'd expected.Back to the drawing board; if you're reading this and appreciate a good malty tea, leave your recommendations in the comments, please.
