I had these professionally installed. They look great. There is a lot of attention to detail in design. Cost of installation combined with cost of shelves is much less than using a closet company for custom closets. Easily able to customize these....with added benefit of actual real wood. High quality product.Only issue I had was I bought too many boxes and I had to pay for the return of one box which was $75! So underestimate rather than overestimate your needs so you do not need to return anything. Delivery is very quick.

Quality of hardware is extremely questionable. Had a screw head break off while attaching the middle bracket on the tower and now pretty much dead in the water as it stands. Spend nearly a grand and you would think you would get quality and maybe pre drilled holes for the brackets but nope just frustration.Update: The warranty must mean nothing to them. I emailed them with a picture of their low quality screw they supplied with its head snapped off but they never responded, so spend nearly a thousand dollars and you get cheap screws that snap, no predrilled holes where the main support brackets goes and they ignore your warranty claim.Another update: Decided to continue on since they never responded to my warranty claim. Drilled out the screw that was broken off in the tower and went on to marking and screwing in the L-clips for hanging the closet and surprise surprise another screw snapped off in the stud even after predrilling, It still had another 1/4 inch to go before it was even tight. Never going to deal with this company ever again

Highly recommend this closet storage system. You will not be disappointed. One box arrived damaged, UPS took it back at the time of delivery and we received a replacement in a couple weeks.

Love the finish and quality of this product this is the 2nd house I've installed these closets in, and whenever we give "tours" to our friends they always comment. Easy to install, great look!

This is a very nice closet organizer comprised of quality materials. The numbered instructions are easy to follow with corresponding numbered illustrations for each item. Read through the manual prior to beginning. There is more than needed, good quality hardware: screws, anchors, etc. The first time this unit is assembled will take much of a day. My wife and I are now ordering another one of these organizers for a second closet. Don't hesitate to purchase one.
