Not for the pros
For your do it yourselfers it works just fineBut for the professionals its not up to par.Nothing beats spending the time to back tape. Or to run some colcking along the trim or base. But for a quik run against a base board for a first coat it works just fine. Pros it hold a lot of paint makes for a decent roller. Cons u have to clean the edger part before running it against anything.

Roller concept does help trimming process however nap on rollers deteriorated quickly and not cost effective.
