not exactly what i ordered.
I ordered the ACDelco 4K378 AC belt. I received a NAPA 4K378 belt. I'm sure it's going to work just fine, just not what I thought I was ordering.

Belt was very easy to install on my 2006 Yukon XL Denali
Belt was very easy to install on my 2006 Yukon XL Denali. The belt it replaced was the original and after 120,000 miles if was looking really bad, filled with cracks. This belt came as described and runs the AC compressor - NOT to be confused with the larger serpentine belt that runs the water pump, alternator, and power steering. This is the smaller belt. I purchased the ACDelco 12637204 GM Original Equipment Serpentine Belt to replace the large serpentine belt this same vehicle. Also, good idea to replace the pulleys at the same time as the belts, which I plan to do as this week.

I purchased this belt to replace the A/C drive belt on my 2005 Suburban (note that the larger serpentine belt for all the other accessories is a different part #). The original belt was dry, cracking and about to break. This one looks to be plenty durable and well made.This was a pretty easy job, though since you have to remove the primary serpentine belt to get to the A/C belt, you may as well replace both at the same time. And replace both tensioners while you are at it, and possibly the idler pulley as well if it is at all questionable. There are good videos online on how to do it.

I am an AC Delco kind of guy, so you will only see me using AC Delco products on GM vehicles. Likewise I use Motorcraft on Ford products. It is always worth the extra money and saves you the headaches of cheap aftermarket crap that you have to replace 10 times to get a good one. First time, every time, works as it should. I am also not afraid to use AC Delco products on other makes and models especially for hard parts (not electrical).
