Constructed with AISI 304 food grade hygienic stainless steel, the SAS bottom includes an encapsulated layer of aluminium ensuring an even distribution of heat for optimal vaporization. The base layer is made from AISI 430 grade magnetic aluminium that makes the steamer both gas and induction friendly.
