I would easily give this product 5 stars, except there were no instructions with the product and I had to go in search of instructions on the internet. Not difficult, but annoying that they can't even give you a link to instructions if they don't want to send a printed copy.Anyway, instead of drilling a hole like suggested, I saw another video posted where they popped off the top and refilled that way. You have to use a knife, so be careful, but it is so much easier when you can see the sponge and tell when it has been completely replenished. I filled it, taped the top on with a bit of electrical tape, and it is working perfectly. The ink is dark.

Very easy to use. Doesn't clog your machine and less expensive than some.

Great price and packaging. It also came with info for a link with clear instructions on how to refill the ink cartridge.

I have refilled cartridges in the past on other printers. I bought the "Premium Pigment Ink" specifically for the Canon PG-245XL cartridge. It would not print at all to begin with. After letting it set over night I have printed 10 pages that are all garbage.If I could give this product a negative five stars I would. Don't waste your time or money.

Good product easy to use saves a ton of money

Believe me I used it lot and it works great. Cheap way to fill in and reuse. Lot of ink and very happy.

The inks are not black, might have mixed with water, not sure the reason.The hand drill included is too big for authentic Canon ink cartridge..

This product is completely a trash. I used this for my both printer, and it just worked for a day on one of them and didn’t work on another at all. The problem is that the color isn’t standard and drought inside my printer. It seems it caused my printer die. I tried to clean my cartridge with alcohol, but my printer doesn’t print in black anymore!

Maybe it will work for you, but will barely print at all for me. Followed instructions to the letter and all I get is a faint line of print. Garbage product
