I received my bundle faster then expected and that's one of the things I appreciated from the seller. Before I received it, i was super iffy to spend this much money on the bundle because usually I like to test things out or see it in person if I wanted to purchase something this expensive. So regardless of me being paranoid, i'm really glad i purchased this mic because its AMAZING. Very good quality. The stand and the little accessories that came with it are really good taking into consideration that the $300+ dollar you spend on the bundle is pretty much covering the mic lol. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this bundle AND I HIGHLY recommend getting this mic if youre looking to upgrade. I had the Rode videomic go before this and i'm extremely happy i decided to upgrade to this mic.

I love that this one came with a mic stand and extension cord. However, this is just a great mic to begin with. It does have it's own battery so it needs to be turned on, but most of the time, I noticed that my camera would turn the mic on for me when I went to use it. It doesn't require any additional batteries because it's batter pack is rechargeable without it even needing to be take out of the mic.

The Studio Boom is so easy to set up and adjust to your needs and the microphone is superb. I do not even have to mess with sound after recording anything. If you want to step up into the professional world, this is a must-have!

Excellent product, my videos sound much better and I enjoy the multiple settings. Tge mic stand works very well too. The only downside is that the included (rechargeable) battery was difficult to insert because a spring/wire in the battery compartment wasn’t seated right. Definitely a QA issue, but nothing serious enough to degrade performance.

The road video mic pro plus is a great pro-sumer Mike. This particular type of microphone though is best suited for recording outdoors, to get back up audio wall-mounted on a beach camera, and can be used in a pinch if you have some audio treatment in your studio. This particular kid makes it seem like this would be a great option for a boom mic off camera, maybe for some talking and videos for interview. Honestly, after using this for a month and having bought several different styles of microphone sense, I can say as a non-– audio professional dad there are much better options out there if all you need is to make some videos at home or record a couple interviews. What I am not saying is that this Mike and low-quality. Road to make some excellent microphones, and this video Mike is no exception. The build quality is great, and the audio is really good if you’re recording in an ideal environment for this particular type of Mike. If my team camp thing to get this all in one kit so you can just plug it into your Camera and go, but for pretty close to the same money you could pick up some low-cost cardio I ate a bowl Mike like the Sampson CO two, a cheap boom, and Field recorder. With as little experience in audio as I have, I realize this pretty quickly. So I’m assuming that this kit is going to seem most appealing to people who have little experience with recording audio in many different types of environments. So if all you’re trying to do is report sitdown interview, or even record yourself in some home videos or vlog’s, you might be better off just picking up a lava Lear on a long cord or a wireless set. If you MUST boom your audio indoors, this won’t be the ideal setup, try watching YouTube mic reviews for a few days that cover specific recording environments similar to yours.There is a reason why there are so many different microphones and styles of mics, don’t buy this expecting it to be a one-size-fits-all type solution.

Mic turned on for a few mins and was working fine, then shut off and won’t turn back on. I’ve tried rechargeable and regular AA batteries and it won’t work. Really disappointing after I spent over 300 on the bundle

Amazing mic. As long as there’s not an audio source directly behind your subject, you will get phenomenal audio quality out of this mic.
