This is pretty good little tripod. I would say it is ideal for typical iPhone or GoPro user. If you are using a bigger/heavy phone I would probably go up to the next size tripod. This one would get the job done but it would be pushing it’s functionality levels for sure.The remote works great and reacts pretty fast when trying to capture those group photos.This may be a moot point but I was impressed by the carring bag that came awith this. It is of great quality. It has a good feel to it and fits everything very easily.

This is VERY CHEAP! The tripod itself is okay but I own a iPhone 8+ and it barely held it up.. I assume it would work fine for a go pro... the remote is TRASH .. number one the battery they sent with it I think was to big for the slot because when I finally got it to shut it started to crack along the seam (pic attached) .. I wouldn’t really recommend this product the only reason I haven’t sent it back is because I didn’t really need the remote for what I wanted to do and the tripod worked okay... I would say spend alittle extra money and get something better..

The price for the tripod is great. I didn't expect all the extras. The packaging was so sharp! Very fancy "indie hipster startup" looking. It was a gift for my 5 year old nephew, so I never tried the remote or face recognition things and I don't know if my sister even tried to set it up.

With this i can position my phone at either a low angle or place it on a table for a higher angle.I also like how its small because it saves space in my bag . The remote is very responsive and easy to use

I purchased this to use my iPhone on a tripod. Some extras in this I'll never use but the phone attachment for the tripod and the remote control work great, especially the remote which uses the phones Bluetooth.

I bought this to play around with and it worked as advertised. I used it to take remote selfies and I also found it useful as a way to hold the iPhone securely and comfortably in my hand while taking panoramas during a vacation trip. Be careful though, it is not super tough. I managed to break the mount by applying too much pressure - the mount is made of non-reinforced plastic and the ball joint split it. At this price, howevever, I will likely buy another.

I love this little thing! We’re going on vacation and rather than always having to have someone take our picture or just getting one of us in a picture, we can now do both! It was so easy to connect with Bluetooth and the distance is very good as to how far you can stand from the tripod. Such a good deal and such a neat gadget!

If you have a larger phone, it's a little hard to get it onto the stand. Other than that it works super well! I used this for a party where I had a photo booth set up, everyone loved it. Remote works well and came with batteries in it already. I still use it a lot as well.
