Thrive Now Health Night-Time Recovery, 150-Count

There don't seem to be many products on the market that contain L-Glutamine, L-Leucine, L-IsoLeucine, and L-Valine. All in one product, at least not in an easy to take pill form. I hate mixing powder in water or juice. I can take these at night with a protein shake and not have to deal with weird flavor or unmixed powder.

This product not only allows me to wake up refreshed after a hard day of weight training cardio but also allows me to wake up cognitive and refreshed after only sleeping for 6 hours working long weekends.

Thrive Now Health Night Time Recovery is ok. The first night I used it, I felt less stiff but for the most part, I am still sore every morning. I work out 6 days a week from 40-60 min so having a good recovery pill is ideal. The product is ok but could be better.

This product arrived on time and is ass described. It does help me sleep well at night. It is almost as good as the Prime brand which is no longer available.

Great product, I sleep well and wake up with plenty of energy in the morning. I work out with heavy weight and run 7 miles twice a week, and still feel great in the morning.

It does what it says it will do for you, easy to remember to take, i leave it on my nightstand
