Working like a champ

Super noisy, cold not stand it.
I put it on, with a new gasket and DANG it was very noisy.Yep don't waist your time on it, putting a new gasket on did not help at all.

Works fine. Perfect fit but it is pretty loud even on lowest setting.

It Lets You Know It's There
Runs great. Helps move air. Yet it is a noisy thing. Even on low. On high it will overcome normal conversation. No apparent problems with bearings or the like. It's just a loud fan.

Perfect replacement
