I have definitely noticed a difference taking this berberine supplement vs others. It has been about a week and my appetite and sugar cravings have decreased significantly. Scales are moving in the right direction too!! Only downside is I do sometimes get a minor nauseous feeling after taking but it only last a short while.

It’s a really good supplement- works great. The pills are easy to swallow and there’s no aftertaste. I would highly recommend this product!

Swapped from another brand due to the ceylon cinnamon in addition to the dihydroberberine. Find that this works better for me than products that have just the dihydroberberine.

I think this is my 2nd bottle of this particular brand. It seems to be helping. It is different than taking the regular berberine. I felt as though I noticed regular berberine more..if you het what I mean. Although, dihydroberberine is supposed to be more bioavailable and this brand had high reviews from what I researched. I know that taking regular berberine actually did bring down my high cholesterol levels, so I'm hoping this has continued helping. I'll know soon when I go for bloodwork next month!

I tried taking these for a few weeks to see how effective they were but unfortunately couldnt consistently take them due to the side effects. I found myself getting a stomach ache the first dose but the next day had no symptoms and thought i was okay and adjusted. I took it the 3rd day and had terrible nausea. This would repeat randomly. One day id be okay , another day extremely nauseous (like flu or food poisoning nauseous) . I tried to push through it to see if i just needed to adjust to them, but after a few weeks i have called it quits. The nausea outweighed and beneficial weight management effects it had. I can’t say for.l certain if if did or didn’t help due to having to skip doses , but i will say these symptoms are common especially around people who have gut imbalances already due to the supplement killing all bacteria good or bad in your gut. I tried taking a pre and probiotic as well but it did not relieve the symptoms so I am tapping out.

I had read a few articles that the DHB with Cinnamon Ceylon extract was the best form of berberine to take. The Natures Fusions brand met the requirements. I believe this is a very good product.

The first time I took one of the dihydroberberine capsules with my evening meal, the next morning I awoke feeling like I had a bad case of COVID-19, but I tested negative. Within a day I felt normal again. I wasn't sure if it was the supplement or not. I waited about 3 days of feeling great, and took a supplement again -within hours, got so nauseated I threw up everything I'd eaten that day. The business owner, while not responsible for how the product interacted with my system, made it right. Nice.

I am now in my second week of using this dihydroberberine for weight loss and I am thrilled.It greatly reduces your appetite.I highly recommend it.
