Kinkajou bottle cutter The practical bottle cutter offers various adjustment possibilities for applications for round bottles.Whether bottle bottoms for e.g. a pendulum light or bottle neck for a future vase – with the Kinkajou bottle cutter you use the perfect tool.Instructions:We recommend a peek at this video for tips and tricks: https://goo.gl/SKfFPY.Firstly, the Kinkajou Bottle Cutter allows you to “scratch” the bottle, placing a scored yield line all the way around. Then, the glass is then divided down this line.Attach the bottle cutter onto the bottle at the desired height. Tip: Make sure that the cutter turns easily, but is not loose enough that it will slip around the bottle. Now, turn the bottle OR the cutter around the bottle (whatever is easier for you) and scratch the bottle once completely around. Then place the silicone release binders so that the yield line is at a distance between them. Now alternating pour hot and cold water slowly between the silicone separators and turn the bottle slightly at the same time. Tip: Collect the hot water as this can be used multiple times. Repeat this step until the bottle splits into two parts. Depending on the thickness of the glass, this process may be repeated several times. Make sure that when parting the bottle, it doesn’t fall unnecessarily into the water basin and harms the basin or the bottle. Tip: For padding, you can, for example, put a towel into the sink. If the bottle is divided, the edges of the break should be treated with abrasive paper in any case until they are no longer "sharp".Box contents:1 x Kinkajou bottle cutter in pink/white. 2 x silicone release binder.3 x sandpaper (80s). 1 x English Quick Start instructions
