I was happy to find this company, which I was not familiar with previously. It looks like it has a good reputation, follows good manufacturing standards, and posts clinical information about their products. I appreciate that kind of transparency, and am going to give this a try.

Very little decrease in hot flash activity and the effect was very short lived.

I’m in menopause, and I take bio-identical, plant-based estrogen and progesterone creams. DIM supplements are beneficial to help balance it all with other menopause support supplements. I’ve been taking various kinds of DIM over the years, so I know what to expect with DIM. This Epothex DIM supplement is acting as it should, and I’ve experienced no negative effects. I take one capsule in the mornings. This is made in a GMP-compliant facility. I’d like to see the bottle verify or have a stamp that says it is third-party lab tested. The expiration date is more than two years from now.

I'm a 48 year old woman and need some feminine support. I try to eat right and I exercise 2x a week. I decided to give this a try and have been using it for about 3 weeks. I feel a little more energy and improved sleep at night. I'm going to continue to take them and update this review soon.

I have been taking DIM for a couple of years as an estrogen level support supplement. It helps to manage my hot flashes and other menopausal symptoms. This brand works as good as any that I have used.I appreciate that this supplement is free from GMOs, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners and artificial preservatives. It's also free from dairy, shellfish, eggs, fish, peanuts and tree nuts.The capsules are easy for me to swallow with a bit of water. I don't detect any aftertaste from them. They have a very light odor to them when first opening the bottle.This bottle is a one month supply and seems comparably priced to other brands that I have used.Overall, this brand of DIM works well for me and is reasonably priced. It's free from many ingredients that I like to avoid. 10/10 for clean ingredients and good price!

Supplements help close the gap between modern nutrition levels in our food, and the levels that were there when I was young. But, in my opinion, the supplement industry has both some of the highest integrity companies, and some of the lowest. So I try and give a detailed enough review to help get to know the company and the product better, to help you determine for yourself if you want to try this one out or not.This bottle comes about half full, which is one of my pet peeves with many supplement companies. The Servings size is 2 capsules, but Suggest use says 1-2 capsules per day, in which case the bottle will last 1-2 months. I'd prefer they put more capsules and/or use a smaller bottle.The expiration date on mine is Nov 2026, so a little less than 2.5 years from now.The capsules have a very light scent and taste to them and are easy to swallow with water.I like my supplement bottles to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says GMP compliant and does not contain GMOs. The product page says 3rd-party tested.I look into the supplement companies I use because I've come across so many shady ones. I cannot locate ePothex, or Fischer Enterprises, the owner of the trademark, anywhere, except for trademark application information. The address on the bottle looks like it might be a UPS Store. No website, phone number, or other way of verifying the claims and certifications. The product page says they have only been in business since 2020, so maybe they are still putting things into place, but some transparency and customer service options are necessary, especially in the supplement world today.I want to like the supplement, but cannot recommend it to others with no way of verifying anything about them or this product.
