I've tried different belts and then saw this one. I then saw it here on Amazon so I bought one. I tried it. It did feel tight and was hard to put on. I wore it for about 30 minutes. I felt uncomfortable and thought it was too tight. I'll try it again later when I'm not bloated or have a stomach ache.

This product says is one size fits all but it does not fit me, it is to big and it does not feels like I am wearing a compression garment, it does not gives my body any shape at all and it does not give me a sexy lean figure like the ad says. So I don't really think the one size fits all work for everybody. I do not recommend this version of this product.
